Colour:

Pale pink with slight copper tinge.

Aroma:

Delicate floral notes of rose petals laced with ripe strawberry punnet. 

Palate:

A delicious palate showing strawberries and ripe raspberries. The light and creamy palate has a refined seamless structure showing freshness and further berry fruit, with a long and elegant finish.

Ageing Potential:

Perfect for drinking immediately this wine will be at its best over the next two years.

Winemaking:

A Rosé made utilising 100% Pinot Noir taken from a single vineyard when the grapes reached optimum ripeness and flavour intensity. The fruit was specially selected and machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The grapes spent a few hours on skins to extract the soft pink colour then were gently pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in stainless steel tank at cooler temperatures to retain aromatics, fruit flavour, and freshness. The wine was kept on its lees to help with texture then stabilised, filtered and carefully prepared for bottling.
