Fans, friends and whānau – we’re excited to welcome you to our newly refurbished cellar door in Marlborough – the Saint Clair Vineyard Kitchen.
You may not notice a huge change outside, but step inside and you’ll be blown away by the complete transformation our humble cellar door and cafe has undergone.
The original building’s bones and some of its features have been retained, complemented with the use of brushed steel, timber, tiles and eclectic fittings for a contemporary, bucolic feel.
The footprint has been extended to include a new covered verandah clad in floor to ceiling glass doors providing shelter from the sun and wind, superb indoor/outdoor flow, breathtaking views and a true sense of lunching in the vines.
Our new chef Keith Gregory has designed a completely new menu featuring some of the best seasonal produce Marlborough has to offer, as well as a special menu for the little ones – DIY soft-shelled tacos anyone?
Apart from our award-winning wines, the new beverage list includes an extensive range of craft beers from Kiwi breweries including Pan Head, Parrot Dog and Marlborough’s-own Renaissance.
We’ve also got a great range of non-alcoholic beverages including espresso from CPR, loose-leaf tea from Tea Total and sodas from Foxton Fizz which is sure to spark some nostalgic memories for some.
The wine tasting counter has a funky new look and some nifty features to enhance your wine tasting experience, including an enomatic wine serving system to preserve our wines’ appearance, aroma, mouthfeel and finish.
