We are looking for experienced and passionate people to join our team for the 2022 vintage!

Saint Clair is proud to be a family-owned winery located in the heart of Marlborough. Our quality wines are internationally-recognised, and it is a real team effort to produce and distribute these wines throughout the world.

While some industry experience is preferred, we will consider applicants that demonstrate a keen interest and willingness to learn. We are looking for people with sound English language skills, both verbal and written, as well as a good level of physical fitness. Previous forklift experience and confined space training would be an advantage; however, all successful applicants will receive full in-house training for their role.

We at Saint Clair are a diverse and interactive cellar and winemaking team with a wealth of knowledge that we enjoy sharing. Our vineyards span the Marlborough and Hawkes Bay wine regions offering over 14 varietals to gain experience from. Great food, wine and social activities are just as important as our work ethic in the winery. Ask anyone that has worked for us, they'll tell you! So, if this sounds like you, come along and join us for the ride!

These roles are based at our winery in Marlborough, starting late-February/early-March and working through until the conclusion of harvest, typically late-April. There may be an opportunity for some further vineyard work after this period.

Applicants must have the flexibility to work shift hours, including 12-hour days, 6 days per week during the peak harvest period. Meals will be provided whilst working 12-hour shifts.
