Pale green.

Aroma:

Vibrant aromas of passionfruit, citrus and grapefruit pith combined with crushed herbs.

Palate:

Fresh, clean and bright with generous layers of tropical passionfruit and grapefruit pith. A mineral sea salt thread is evident on the lingering finish. 

Ageing Potential:

Drinking beautifully now and will be at its best over the next three years.

 

Saint Clair Pioneer Block 4 Sawcut Chardonnay 2021
Colour:

Pale straw. 

Aroma:

Delicate aromas of white nectarine and peach with a hint of toasted hazelnut.

Palate:

An elegant palate with layers of tropical fruit combined with mineral tones. Linear and focused with a chalky texture and a subtle oak spice note that leads to a lingering finish.

Ageing:

Perfect for drinking now and will continue to improve and reward with careful cellaring over the next five years.

Pale green. 

Aroma:

Intense aromas of grapefruit, crushed herbs and blackcurrant bud with an aromatic green nettle thread.

Palate:

Pure and focused with generous layers of passionfruit, crushed herb and mineral notes. A rich, salty palate displaying impressive weight and texture and a long lingering finish.
