Saint Clair Origin Viognier 2019
Colour:

Pale gold.

Aroma:

Burnt orange, white peach and fragrant almond blossom laced with impressions of clove and nutmeg spice.

Palate:

A rich, textural palate with flavours of ripe green apple and apricot. Lifted notes of orange zest add freshness to a weighty mid palate leading to a subtle spicy note on the finish.

Ageing:

Saint Clair James Sinclair Malbec 2022 
Colour:

Deep ruby. 

Aroma:

Fresh and fragrant with notes of aromatic lily and darker ripe fruits.

Palate:

Full bodied and concentrated with flavours of ripe red currant and boysenberry laced with a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is elegant and savoury with a subtle toasty oak
character.

Ageing potential:

Perfect for drinking immediately this wine will continue to develop and delight for at least five years from vintage date.

Saint Clair Pioneer Block 17 Plateau Syrah 2020
Colour: 

Dense ruby core with a thin purple-tinged rim.

Aroma: 

Bright aromatic notes of boysenberry and wild blackberry with toasty oak.

Palate: 

Rich and concentrated with complex dark berry fruit flavours. The palate is full and round with a silky smooth texture and a touch of spice on the finish.

Ageing: 

This wine has had the perfect amount of time to age and develop in bottle, ready to drink now!
