Colour: 

Pale straw.

Aroma: 

Fresh and bright with aromatic notes of white nectarine, crisp mandarin and perfumed blossom.

Palate: 

The palate is focused and textural with an abundance of stone fruit flavours combined with a hint of citrus blossom and mandarin. A subtle salty character presents on the persistent finish.

Ageing:

Drinking beautifully now, this wine will continue to evolve and reward for at least three years from vintage date.

Colour:

Pale straw.

Aroma:

Delicate white flowers and perfumed white peach with a hint of nutmeg spice.

Palate:

Elegant and layered with flavours of white stonefruit and freshly cut apple. The palate displays crisp bright acidity with a full mouthfeel and a chalky minerality.

Ageing:

Perfectly balanced for immediate enjoyment, this wine will continue to evolve and reward over the next five years.

Saint Clair Pioneer Block 30 Table Top Cabernet Franc 2020
Colour:

Deep ruby red with a thin garnet rim.

Aroma:

Aromatic with blackcurrant, cinnamon and chocolate notes.

Palate:

A concentrated fruit driven palate showing flavours of black and red currant, with spicy notes of cinnamon and a hint of cedar. Full and round with a cocoa powder like tannin structure and savoury oak on the finish.

Ageing:

Perfect for drinking immediately this wine will continue to mature and delight for at least five years from vintage. After this time, it will further develop with careful cellaring.
