Pure and focused with generous layers of passionfruit, crushed herb and mineral notes. A rich, salty palate displaying impressive weight and texture and a long lingering finish.

Aroma:

Powerful aromas of spice, cedar and resin with a hint of vanilla.

Palate:

Generous and rich with a luxurious mouthfeel. The palate has a complex array of flavours with savoury notes, preserved lemon and toasted oak on the finish.

Ageing potential:

Drinking beautifully now, this wine will continue to evolve and reward over the next five to ten years with careful cellaring.

Pale Straw

Aroma:

Perfumed aromas of stonefruit and lemon curd with toasted oak and lifted spice.

Palate:

Elegant and structured with flavours of white peach, nectarine and roasted almond with a chalky mineral note on the lingering finish. Nine months maturation on lees in French oak barrels has assisted with creating a rich creaminess and fine tannin structure.

Ageing potential:

This wine will continue to evolve and develop complexity over the next five years and beyond.
