Saint Clair Family Estate would like to congratulate the New Zealand Breakers winning their third title at a tremendous battle at Perth Arena earlier this month.
The New Zealand Breakers are a professional men’s basketball team who joined the Australasian National Basketball League (NBL) for the 2003/2004 season. They are the only team from outside of Australia to compete in this league.
In 2011 the Breakers won their first NBL championship title and made sporting history by becoming the first New Zealand team in any sport to win an Australian-based sporting championship. History making continued and they defended their championship title in 2012 and now again in 2013.
Saint Clair Family Estate have been watching their progress and over recent years supplied award winning wine for the coporate tables at the North Shore Events Centre games. It is terriffic to see New Zealand get over the line in sporting events. What an incredible team effort of which all should be very proud. Cheers to the NZ Breakers, we applaud you – congratulations.
